LOGIN AND SETTINGS CONFIGURATIONS

1. Login to BackOffice: https://betgames.tv/back

If you require an account, please submit a request to [email protected] and provide the following:
  • Valid e-mail address
  • Partner name or Partner_code
  • User rights


2. Enter your user name (email) and password. Click on "LOGIN" button

If you forgot the password, please use Forgot Password feature, and instructions for recovering your account will be sent to e-mail address provided.
Note: If an account has a non-valid e-mail linked, please contact [email protected]

3. In order to change configurations of your account, click on "SETTINGS" button in the upper-right corner of the screen.

4. Select main settings from the list:

  • Language - Back Office display language
  • Timezone - Timezone used to display data
  • Currency - Currency used to display data

Click on "SUBMIT FORM" button to save all changes.

BET HISTORY

BET HISTORY SECTION

By default the Bet history subsection will display statistics since the start of day:

  • Turnover – amount paid in;
  • Active - Amount of active bets
  • Returned – canceled or refunded bets;
  • Winning – amount paid out;
  • Balance - Turnover - Winning;
  • Balance / Balance (%) – GGR / GGR (%);
  • Bets count – amount of bets;
  • Active bets – active bets, waiting for a game result.

Below these statistics there is a list of bets placed in shops and/or website(s). By default, newest bets are listed on top. As well, you can sort bets by (marked as A):

  • Newest on top (default) – click on Time ↓ button;
  • Newest draws on top – click on Draw ID ↓ button;
  • Highest odd value – click on Odd ↓ button;
  • Highest stakes on top – click on Amount (€) ↓ button;
  • Largest winnings – click on Winning ↓ button.
  • Click on RESET FILTERS (marked as B) button to reset filters to default one;
  • Click on FILTER (marked as C) button once again to refresh Bet History page.


You can set your own filters (marked as D)

  • Period (FromTill) – choose date and time to filter specific period;
    Note: Max 6 days period can be chosen.
  • Partner – filter bets by partners;
  • Shop – select land based betting shop from the list;
    Note: Firstly fill Partner field.
  • Player code — online (web) player have individual codes. Enter player code to see bets of chosen player.
    Note: Firstly fill Partner field.
  • Barcode – enter a Barcode a ticket.
    Bets from betting shops come with the Ticket ID and Barcode number.
  • Game – select the game to see bets placed on chosen game;
  • Status – check bets by status:
    Won – shows only won bets;
    Lost – shows only lost bets;
    Returned – shows only canceled and refunded bets;
    Active – shows only active bets (in play).
  • Bet type – select bet type from the list;
  • Platform – select platfrom to see bets placed from chosen platform;
  • Odd – select outcome ID to see bets of chosen outcome;
  • Draw ID – enter Draw ID / Bet ID / Ticked ID / Combination ID / Subscription ID to find a bet. Each bet has diffrenet Bet ID. Bets from betting shops come with the Ticket ID and Barcode number. One ticket can have few bets on it. Each bet will have different Bet ID, but will share same Barcode and Ticket ID;
  • Bets on page – select number of bets displayed on a page (min 100, max 10000);
  • Include test bets – mark checkbox to show test bets;

When ready, click on "FILTER" button to sort out data by selected filters (Marked as C)
Or Reset the filters by clicking Reset filters button (Marked as B)



HOW FILTERED DATA IS PRESENTED?

When all needed filters are set, click on "FILTER" button and the Bet History data will be presented:

  • Color meanings:
    Green – Lost bet;
    Red – Won bet;
    Yellow – Void bet;
    White – Active bet.
  • Time – when bet was placed;
  • Barcode number (if bet was placed in betting shop);
  • Partner name;
  • Player ID / Shop name;
  • IP – player's or shop's internet protocol address;
  • Draw ID – draw/game ID number;
  • Bet ID – bet ID number;
  • Bet – outcome;
  • Odd – Odd value;
  • Amount – stake in original currency;
  • Amount (€) – stake in euros;
  • Winning – amount paid out;
  • Actions – click on "Balance" / "Dynamics" / "Hourly" – and you will be redirected to those modules to check player's or shop's statistics.

Click on "EXPORT" button (Above FILTER button) to download filtered data in .CSV format.

 

BALANCE

Balance module is used to check and analyze turnover, GGR, amount of bets of long period.
Balance module has two filters Daily and Hourly.
Daily balance is filtered from 00:00 till 23:59 (UTC).
Hourly balance is fltered by time zone selected in your setting.
Note: Balance data is being refreshed every 5min. Therefore, it might differ from the real balance.

FILTERS

  • Balance – select filtering method (daily / hourly);
  • Period (FromTill) – choose the date from which you want to filter data;
  • Game – select game from the list;
  • Partner – filter balance by partners;
  • Shop – select a shop;
    Note: firstly fill Partner field.
  • Player – enter player code to filter online (web) player;
    Note: firstly fill Partner field.
  • Web – expand web menu to select data display method:
    Show as one shop – web data will be filtered and presented as one shop;
    Show each player – data of each player will be shown separately;
    Show only shops – only shops balance will be shown.
  • Platform – select platform to see bets placed from chosen platform.
    -Any- - Shows bets from all platforms.
    Web (all) - Shows bets from web (both desktop and mobile)
    Web (desktop) - Shows bets made from web, desktop device
    Web (mobile) - Shows bets made from web, mobile device
    Widget (all) - Shows bets made in widget (both desktop and mobile)
    Widget (desktop) - Shows bets made in widget, desktop device
    Widget (mobile) - Shows bets made in widget, mobile device
    Shops (all) - Shows bets made in retail shops
    Win Cashier - Shows bets made from Win Cashier program
    Web Cashier - Shows bets made from Web Cashier


When ready, click on "FILTER" button to sort out data by selected filters;
Click on "EXPORT" button to download filtered data in .CSV format.

Note: you can filter Balance_Daily module only for 365 days



HOW FILTERED DATA IS PRESENTED?

First table MAIN TOTAL (marked as A) shows the TOTAL data of all your sub-partners, shops and websites converted to currency which is set in your Back Office account settings. Second table PARTNER NAME (marked as B) shows your each sub-partner and detailed data of shops, website and players in original currency that bets were placed.

In tables following details are presented:

  • Currency – in which data is presented;
  • Turnover – amount paid in (sum of all stakes);
  • Winnings – amount which was won during selected period;
  • Payouts – amount which was paid out during selected period;
  • Cancelations – sum of stakes which were canceled in Betshop by cashier before draw has started;
  • Refunds – sum of stakes which were void/refunded to players after draw had ended;
  • Balance – GGR ( = "Turnover" - "Payouts" - "Cancellations" - "Refunds");
  • Balance (%) ;– GGR (%);
  • Bet history – amount of bets.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Amount of Winnings and Payouts can be different. It may happen for partners with betting shops when players won ticket has not been payed out yet, or was payed out other day.
    • If Winnings amount are bigger than amount of Payouts, bet was not payed out that day.
    • If Winnings amount is less than amount of Payouts, cashier paid out old ticket which was created before your filtered period.
  2. Balance module calculated each transaction which happened during your period which you set on filters.


There are 5 types of transaction data:

  • Stake – Turnover (counted when bet was placed)
  • Amount won - Winnings (counted when game ended and result is known)
  • Amount paid out to player – Payouts (counted when ticket was paid out to player)
  • Cancelation of ticket – Cancelation (counted when Cashier canceled ticket before game draw had started)
  • Refund of void bet – Refunds (counted when bet was void after the game draw has started)


TICKETS

The third module in BackOffice is Tickets. There are three subsections:

A. Tickets;
B. Earnings printed;
C. Shop reports;

Note: data is updated every 5 min. The date and time period is based on your time zone settings.




TICKETS SECTION

FILTERS

  • Period (FromTill) – choose the date from which you want to filter data;
  • Partner – select partner;
  • Shop – select shop from the list to see the tickets placed in specific shop;
    Note: firstly fill Partner field.
  • POS – select Point of Sale (POS) to see the tickets placed in specific POS;
    Note: firstly fill Shop field.
  • User – select user to see the tickets that specific user placed;
    Note: firstly fill POS field.
  • Barcode – enter the barcode number to find needed ticket;

When ready, click on "FILTER" button to sort out data by selected filters;
Click on "EXPORT" button to download filtered data in .CSV format.


HOW FILTERED DATA IS PRESENTED?

  • Ticket ID;
  • Partner name;
  • Shop where ticket was placed;
  • POS where ticket was placed;
  • Barcode;
  • Amount – total stake of a ticket;
  • Amount won – if amount won is equal to 0.00 – it means all bets on the ticket lost or are still active;
  • Created - date, time and shop where ticket was created;
  • Printed - date, time and shop where ticket was printed;
  • Paid out - date, time and shop where ticket was paid out;
  • Payout printed - date, time and shop where paid out ticket was printed;
  • Fix - if you need to print failed ticket once again, you will find it in Fix tab




EARNINGS PRINTED SECTION


FILTERS

Second subsection is Earnings printed. Here you might filter all shops and find the earnings printed in each shop.

To check earnings printed in betting shops you have to select:

  • Period (FromTill) – choose date to filter specific period;
  • Partner which shops you want to filter;
  • Shop – select shops which earnings you would like to find;

Note: If want to get data for all sub partners, don't forget to check the box Get data for all sub partners

When ready, click on "FILTER" button to sort out data by selected filters.

HOW FILTERED DATA IS PRESENTED?

  • Time – date and time when earnings report was printed in shop (time is represented by time zone set in your setting);
  • Partner – to which shop belongs;
  • Pos User ID – User`s ID who printed earnings;
  • Shop – a shop name;
  • POS – point of sale;
  • POS user – user name who printed earnings;
  • Turnover – turnover at the time earnings report was printed;
  • Paid out – amount paid out at the time earnings report was printed;
  • Balance – GGR at the time earnings report was printed;
  • Balance (%) - GGR (%);
  • Tickets count – number of created tickets in each shop at the time earnings report was generated;


At the bottom you will find TOTAL figures by currency:

  • Currency code;
  • Turnover – amount paid in;
  • Paid out – amount paid out;
  • Balance – GGR;
  • Balance (%) – GGR (%);
  • Tickets count – number of created tickets in all shops.




SHOP REPORTS SECTION


Shop report is the third subsection. Here you can find the reports of each shop.

To filter the data you have to:
1. Select Partner from the list to which shop belongs;
2. Click on "FILTER" button to sort out data .
3. In filtered data the following information of each shop is presented:

  • Time – when the last earnings report was printed;
  • Partner – to which shop belongs;
  • Shop ID;
  • Shop name;
  • Current balance – the balance of shop since last earnings report was printed.

DYNAMICS

The Dynamics module is used to overview daily Turnover, GGR and Amount of bets in charts.

You can filter Dynamics data by:

  • Period (FromTill) – choose date to filter specific period;
  • Game – select from the list to filter by game;
  • Partner – select partner from the list to see data only from specific partner;
  • Shop – select shop from the list to see data only of specific shop;
    Note: firstly fill Partner field.
  • Player code – enter player code to see the data of specific player;
    Note: firstly fill Partner field.
  • Platform – select platform to see bets placed from chosen platform;

When ready, click on "FILTER" button to sort out data by selected filters.


HOW CHARTS ARE PRESENTED?


Turnover
  • X axis: selected period;
  • Y axis: turnover amount;

DATA EXPORT

You are able to export dynamics data in to a .CSV table, with separate game statistics.
Go to report subsection and fill following filters:

  • Date – select the month which data you want to export;
  • Partner – select partner from the list which data you want to export;
  • Click on "EXPORT" button to download filtered data in .CSV format.

HOURLY

The Hourly module is used to check the Turnover, GGR and Amount of bets of each hour presented in graphs.

  • Period (FromTill) – choose date to filter specific period;
  • Game – select from the list to filter by game;
  • Partner – select partner from the list to see data only from specific partner;

When ready, click on "FILTER" button to sort out data by selected filters.

X axis: selected period;

PARTNERS

PARTNERS SECTION

The module Partners has 2 subsections: Partners and Shops.

Main subsection (by default) is Partners. Here you can find following options:

  • Click on "Show full list" button to open list of all partners in one page;
  • Click on "Show all" button to list all partners in one page (including not active).
HOW DATA IS PRESENTED?

In Partners section you will find following data about each partner:

  • Name - Partner name;
  • Currency - Partner selected main currency
  • Bet Min - Minimum bet amount in main currency
  • Bet Max - Maximum bet amount in main currency
  • Bet Max for RNG - Maximum bet amount for RNG games in main currency
  • Max Win per 1 bet - Maximum winnings for a single bet in main currency
  • Enabled - Is Partners enabled?
  • Users - Number of created users in Back Office
  • Shops - Number of created shops


SHOPS SECTION

Second subsection is Shops. This subsection is used to review, create new or edit shops.

HOW TO REVIEW THE SHOPS?

To review the shops you can use following options and filters:

Options:

  • Click on "Show full list" button to open list all shops on one page;
  • Click on "Show all" button to open list all shops on one page (including not active).


Filters:

  • Partner – expand menu and select partner;
  • Status – filter shop by activity (last time when was logged in: all, this 10 days, more than 10 days, more than 30 days, more than 100 days);
  • POS user – fill in the gap point of sale(s) username (login) to find particular shop;

Note: Partner filter (marked as 3) and POS user filter (marked as 5) have no link between. POS user gap have search priority.
When ready, click on "FILTER" button;
Or Click on "RESET" button to reset filters.

HOW DATA IS PRESENTED?


In Shop section you will find following data:

  • Name - Shop name and balance limits (if enabled)
  • Partner - Partner to which shop belongs
  • Info – Shop ID in the system, currency, language and time zone
  • Enabled - If shop is enabled/disabled
  • Status – Shop activity, number of days since last login (green button – currently online).

USERS

In this module you can find users who have account to BetGames.TV BackOffice.

You are able to choose a Group (marked as A) to filter user accounts or use search field (marked as B) to find particular one. Each group of partners has different access to data.

In a user list following information about each is presented:

  • Name – User`s name
  • Email – User`s email
  • Group – Group to which user belongs
  • Partner – Shows to which partner user is assigned
  • Active – Show if the user is active
  • Last login – Shows last time when the user logged in
